In collaboration with the Executive Director, I crafted and executed innovative marketing and communications strategies that significantly elevated brand visibility and engagement. By uniting cross-departmental teams, I spearheaded the development of dynamic marketing materials that drive conversions and nurtured audience interaction across various platforms.

My key responsibilities at VGC included:

  • Created compelling copy for a wide array of marketing materials—including flyers, eDMs, presentations, landing pages, blogs and social media posts—designed to boost awareness, generate leads, and foster connections with diverse audiences.

  • Led the revamp of the marketing website, establishing a cohesive style that met industry standards, enhanced security measures, and simplified ongoing maintenance.

  • Spearheaded the redevelopment of the online placement test, creating a seamless experience for students, improving tracking capabilities for agents, and providing staff with an intuitive dashboard for an effective follow-up management.

  • Overhauled the continuing studies platform to offer alumni continuous access to an online resource that empowers them to maintain their language proficiency long after graduation.

  • Managed the execution of impactful digital marketing campaigns, including social media strategies, marketing automation initiatives, and nurturing touchpoints.

  • Developed and maintained a monthly, cross-channel content calendar that spanned eDMs, social media posts, blogs and webinars, ensuring consistent brand visibility across channels.

  • Created detailed content briefs and coordinated logistics for photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality production that aligned with strategic marketing objectives.
